Cons

Where to start- unfair hiring practices, racism, discrimination, wage is minimum, unpaid orientation and training, illegal questions regarding personal references, unpaid overtime.

Home Care Assistance Montreal is a great employer who values my work as a caregiver. My bosses are fantastic and they have helped me advance my career as a PAB. They brought me to a course that taught me specific care tactics for seniors who have alzheimer's and dementia

Cons

I don't always get full time hours and sometimes they send me to different clients in a week.
