sad for the students

Pros

Working with students who deserve so much better. Some good benefits, if you can keep them.

Cons

These students deserve so much better. High turnover from both voluntary resignation as well as cases where administration is quick to fire people for reportedly little to no reason. It’s a shame because it could be so much better if administrative and leadership staff were at all supportive, qualified, or provided sufficient communication. Help the kids-create a better organization.

Pros

Working with the students daily

Cons

Terrible management. Poor communication. Understaffed. Very uncommpassionate towards hard working employees. Management is dishonest. Take my advice, I was there for 13 years.they are very proud to say they are a fire at will company. And they lean into that.
