Misguided prioritization of company's public appearance by CEO and admin which sabotages client care

The naturalistic trauma-informed care therapy model, the BAs, the clients, RBTs on the floor.
Cons
The disconnect between staff and admin, the apparent fixation to prioritize their therapy model rather than prioritizing the wellbeing of their clients, inability to keep workers with an already high turnover rate in the field of ABA, sudden uniform implementation when the previous dress code was not enforced by admin, admin talking down to technicians and BAs when they're trying to do what's best for their patients, the lack of support on the floor for technicians and BAs, the difficulty to receive training, constant lying by admin saying the clinic is fully staffed, the fixation on trying to force random engagements on staff, handwritten paper data collection that is out of date and completely unnecessary and is backlogging data collection MONTHS, threats of write-ups for legibility and accuracy of handwritten data, lack of communication between all levels of staff, no breaks, no lunch, no supplies/outdated supplies for clients, the plumbing constantly messes up, these are only the things I have at the top of my head so I'm probably leaving stuff out.
