Pros

Loved my coworkers. Space was super cool but it no longer exists.

Cons

Leadership was nonexistent. Constantly changing. Values don’t align with behaviors. Keep in mind there is new leadership now. Can’t speak to that.

Pros

Chaos is a ladder. If you're willing to step over your coworkers and lie to clients, you can make some money. Embrace the cognitive dissonance.

Cons

Other than the fact that every founding partner has jumped ship, they now claim to be breaking down and rebuilding the entire company...without a single BIPOC individual in the mix. Upon any examination it's clear, these folks just don't get it.
