Pros
Flexible Schedule, great follow-up from bootcamp, well chosen companies we're working with and a real sense that we're building something important for the nonprofit organizations we working with.
Cons
Hoping they'll eventually be able to pay us :) Otherwise no real cons, maybe just a little more support in having the stronger personality apprentices be encouraged to take a back seat and allow the quieter ones to speak up.
