Pros

Great perks, I got to pick the days that I wanted to work, my bosses were great, overall it was an amazing experience being able to work in a fun team-orientation group. Also enjoyed how personable my bosses were, along with some of my coworkers too.

Cons

No discounts on concession stand food during games. If the pants could breathe like the shirts that would make summers easier on us. Not being able to have access to retrieving some giveaway items.

Pros

The people in this organization are the pros. Good people with good ethics and morals. Benefits are great and you get to work at a ballpark everyday.

Cons

Long hours, especially during the season, with low pay. Very little opportunity for advancement within organization.
