Pros

Friendly atmosphere, discounts at concessions and the team store, four free tickets a month to a game-never weekends, flexible hours.

Cons

Very low pay-would earn more literally anywhere else. Used to have good end of year events for employees but management has nickel and dimed in recent years. Will be on your feet for several hours and in the same spot. Do not expect to be able to actually watch the game as most stations do not have visibility to the field. The cafe for employees shuts down one hour after first pitch-many times earlier, although sign says hour and a half. They will shut the door in your face if you show up right at one hour with food still available. Very unfriendly atmosphere towards GSR staff. Management tends to only recognize workers who work in the lower bowl. No one on my side of the stadium has been recognized or awarded in over a year.
