      Absolutely nothing positive to report from this place. Owner is a hack, always has been.

      See above. The place is a revolving door of talent that deserves better. Michael is nothing short of a snake oil salesman. Before working for this guy you should really look into his other business, ie Monarch Medical. He’s a sheister, always will be and he has no idea how technology works or how it should be delivered. Surprised he’s still around, my guess is he’s coasting off the hard work of real engineers.

      Brilliant architect, Systems Engineers, and Support Tech's

      Pros

      Absolutely brilliant Engineer's on staff reporting to an industry celebrity of an Architect, all of which are down to earth and happy to transfer knowledge and skill to other Engineers and Support Tech's on the service desk. Zero red tape, and tons of room for advancement and developing both personal and professional skills. Also, supporting other engineer's and MSP's is a huge plus. That said - TetherView offers Regulatory Complaint, Fully Managed, Private Clouds on cutting edge technology coupled with world class support that is cemented in honor, integrity, and considerate design choices that are understanding of the vertical the clients operate in and Engineer's / Tech's must support.

      Cons

      Schedule can be somewhat demanding, some auditing compliance is a bit dated (work in progress), can run somewhat of a skeleton crew at times with high stress situations

      Just another MSP

      Pros

      Wearing multiple hats at once, some great people to work with.

      Cons

      Poor management, Lies to customer about quality of service, level of service in terms of security/compliance. CEO is micromanager, will yell if he doesn't get his way. Sales team will promise things that are non existing. Lots of turnover!!
