Pros

- the employees were great - laid back - Didnt have to dress up for work like most places - always had new state of the art equipment

Cons

- Management - no proper training - very cliquey - no one wants to do their job and pushes it off on everyone else - the CEO would fire people for no reason

Pros

Some great coworkers, occasional free food

Cons

Long hours, out of touch upper management, a lot of promised changes that never happen or backfire, poor communication between departments, poor salary, upper management expect the impossible out of lab techs, never know how many people are going to show up any day because of how overworked we are, favoritism, no max number of how many people can schedule off any given day (not uncommon for 7+ people to be scheduled off during the holidays), leading to even longer days for the people who are at work
