AIensured is a much needed product as AI is evolving into our day to day life. No seniority kind of work culture. If you have any issues you are welcomed to express your opinions. They treat you with empathy, they will understand your situation and are open to making changes in your working hours. Good work life balance, work is given so that it fits the office hours. They will give you a chance to explore multiple works to gain knowledge for your career. Encourages talented individuals even though there is a gap in their career.
Cons
Developing the product is not easy, very challenging but exciting in the end it's all worth it.
