Easy job tasks, simple instructions.

Cons

I work another job that posts work schedules three weeks in advance, so the impromptu announcements that work is available rarely makes it easy to pivot, and I miss out on the opportunities that are usually few and far between.

flexibility in your daily schedules

Cons

They monitor your microphone in between calls so they're reacting to things you're saying when absolutely no one can hear you. Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible pay!
