Pros
It was a good company to work for, I was grateful for the opportunity and learned a lot in the two years of my employment. Small, close knit feel with a terrific staff. Unfortunately, the company was acquired by a competitor(Propio) and all of our interpretation staff were absorbed.. all other staff positions within the company were dissolved within the span of three months.
Cons
Call volume was overwhelming, an issue that was never really addressed. Though acquisitions are difficult at best more transparency in the process, from management, would have been appreciated. In fairness, much of this may have been in part a lack of communication on behalf of the acquirer.
