Interview was simple and fast. It was conducted by phone and I had to take a language test that was not challenging. The person who interviewed me had a heavy accent but was not hard to understand.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted the next day by the Co-President of the company. He began asking questions about my resume via email without even introducing himself. He then asked me to set up an interview time. At the beginning of our scheduled time, he emailed me his phone number and asked me to call him. The interview was normal, but a little short. He said someone from "Operations" would reach out to me soon. Three weeks later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Overall, the experience gave the impression that they're very disorganized--at least with their hiring process.
