old Infrastructure, no interaction from management or collegues

Pros

can't think of one besides work all the time fixing old infrastructure

Cons

Old systems in place that go down daily and everyone is working 24/7 to keep them alive, management won't look into replacing legacy applications or Servers no collegue interaction besides work related tasks, everyone works in silos

It’s unfortunate that your feelings regarding some recent changes are so negative. If you are unaware of why certain decisions are made or simply don’t agree with them, a more productive way to work through it would be to seek out leadership for open and honest discussions, instead of posting mean-spirited comments in a forum not meant for back-and-forth dialogue. We are always willing to listen and discuss.

Drinks are only 25 cents.

Cons

Management does not care about you. They have their favorites and it is very obvious. People with no knowledge of what they are doing get promoted while the hard workers never advance. Micro management....the absolute worst at this company.
