Pros
as far as pros are concerned, if your thinking about going in Microsoft "AX" or "MS D365" it's a good company
Cons
usually, opt for suffering people to hire, on low salaries, with 2 years of the bond which included that you won't apply for another job in the same field, Low pay, (I'm the only web-developer or I can say that I'm not a part of their D365 / AX team as tectree is a consulting firm, so they have an attitude that these products "MS-D-365", "AX", are everything and there's nothing that can go beyond these products and sor basically shun other tec.), plus have an attitude problem when you're work is completed and there's nothing new, but at the time of project you are their only hope.
