      I don't think there is anything worth considering as a pro.

      The intense workloads is very exhausting for the employees. The management assigns too many tasks to the employees, and we get bombarded with more responsibilities than we can handle. Most of the employees here have no work-life balance anymore due to the overwhelming amount of workload and lack of support

      Those jerks might try to screw you on your salary because they know you know their systems inside and out. They might figure they can get you cheap because you already know the ropes. Don't let them! Do your research and know your worth before you negotiate.

      Pros

      There's no reason for anyone to even work here. Salary is terrible, benefits suck, and opportunities for growth are practically non-existent.

      Cons

      Heavy workloads, long hours, insane demands, barely any breaks. Everyone at the workplace is stressed and miserable, and unless you want to end up exactly like them, I suggest you look for a job somewhere else.
