Pros
-Calm environment -on top of peel metro -working independent -team meeting / team bonding 1-2 a month with activities -good place to start career and progress -salary is just decent; just been bought by a international company so maybe it will change and they are letting us work independently for now. -There is always work for all departments.
Cons
-promotion/upgrades: not sure what will happen since we have been bought by another company. -salary can be slighty better -for some devs they only focus on Maintenance which can be tedious for some of them and might lose motivation and innovation -should change our backend technology to something like JNode or something better -some clients are a pain, this occurs everywhere and in every company. -benefits can be slighty better (some personal days will be great)
