- PE owned so very results driven/focussed resulting in tight deadlines and long hours around month end - Previously individual OMBs that have been combined in to a “Group” with too much change too quickly to pump out results vs valuing long serving employees - Quantity (results) vs quality ethos - Disjointed management and overall workforce across group - Let go if not on same page as/questions senior leadership resulting in high staff turnover
