      Pros

      The majority of staff are really nice and professional

      Cons

      The senior management team are all staff who don't live locally, the office is devoid of senior staff on a Friday. There is also a bullying culture with some senior management who seem to think they are superior in intelligence just because they come from the other side of the bridge.
