Pros

Free print jobs such as school work, laminations, posters, resumes, business cards, etc. Opportunity to learn the basic functionalities of software such as Indesign and Adobe Photoshop and the ability to work with industrial printers.

Cons

Low wage, very few raises and promotions, micromanaging environment, lots of internal drama.

Pros

There are great people that work there. But then there's the others....

Cons

Run by a sociopathic liar who doesn't consider the actual business and it's day-to-day workings when making terrible decisions (like firing tenured employees, replacing necessary printers/equipment, and cheaping out on the paper they supply because margins > customer satisfaction) So, if you want to work to work for an "employee owned" company, expect to not be listened to, have profits put over your wellbeing, and be pressured into doing things that aren't normal from a well-functioning company/owner.
