Perhaps a good job for a college student - Associate Target Copy Employee Review

This was a great place to work. They offered an employee ownership plan and good benefits. Everyone in the company knows who you are and you don't get treated like a number.

It can be fast paced and high stress. Work is often taken in with unrealistic turnaround times.

There are great people that work there. But then there's the others....

Run by a sociopathic liar who doesn't consider the actual business and it's day-to-day workings when making terrible decisions (like firing tenured employees, replacing necessary printers/equipment, and cheaping out on the paper they supply because margins > customer satisfaction) So, if you want to work to work for an "employee owned" company, expect to not be listened to, have profits put over your wellbeing, and be pressured into doing things that aren't normal from a well-functioning company/owner.
