      Aggressive/High Energy/Happy Hours at the Lizard

      The placements/deals we executed were too transactional....We were trained to poach people from our clients as soon as placing people at the "client"...Two-faced/Integrity

      Ability to work remotely, dynamic and intelligent young staff, programs are very fulfilling and impactful

      Cons

      The organization has lost a ton of upper management in the last two years and seem incapable of replacing them. Several departments went 10-20 months without a leader, which hurt morale and future program prospects.
