Pros

- Very supportive team both internally and usually cross department as well - Interesting projects with quite a bit of variety - Amazing development department leadership - CEO (Brent) listens well. Although he is very much the final word since no board of directors, he is the most clear and transparent CEO I've ever worked under.

Cons

- Open Source contributions are encouraged in dev team, but no dedicated time/budget for it. - Diversity especially gender wise on the dev team could be better (but not 100% male so part way there)

Pros

Employees are great but don't get too attached. Nobody wants to stay around for too long once they understand how the company functions.

Cons

Amateur, insecure, untrustworthy, and unprofessional leadership. Complete lack of respect for employees. Taoti use their "culture" to entice prospective employees. What they fail to say is that it is a forced culture that isn't worth it. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Pros

- all the free beer and booze you could want - people are extremely talented and you will have the opportunity to grow and learn more quickly than at many other places - great place if love working for a grownup frat boy in a frat house - COO (and only female exec) is wonderful

Cons

- don't believe you can work remotely no matter what the job description says. the in-office policy changes at the CEO's whim - turnover is insanely high with a new person leaving practically every week. they don't even announce departures anymore - pay is low compared to other agencies - people burn out fast due to other people constantly quitting and an insanely high workload - no HR at all - office is cold, loud, dark and a fire hazard - lots of inappropriate jokes especially from the CEO
