Pros

As a Talent Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to: (1) work with a variety of clients across multiple different industries; (2) work on a variety of projects in areas such as leadership development, employee engagement, and retention; and (3) work with all levels of leadership (frontline to CEO) within client organizations. Through these experiences, you will have the opportunity to learn to work with a variety of personalities across client organizations.

Cons

As with any consulting role, you must learn to be flexible in order to meet client needs. The amount of travel varies depending on the needs of the clients in your portfolio.

Pros

Working here for 2 years, I've felt that the company and members of the team provide a supporting environment that nourishes different ways of thinking. Management is often open to different styles of approach and consistently ask for your input. Feedback is highly accepted and well received. During my tenure with the company they have shown to encourage personal development as well as promote an accepting atmosphere. The culture in the office is very accepting and understanding and senior team members are extremely understanding of personal and professional situations. The company itself gives back to the community and even participates in volunteer work where the entire office is involved. Once a month the office engages in a company outing designed to do something fun where we get to hang out in a more casual setting doing something like bowling or a scenic boat tour or even an escape room. It's a great place to work and develop bonds with people who make you feel needed and have your interests in mind.

Cons

Not necessarily a con , it's a business and just like any other business there are busier times which can mean really sitting down to focus and putting in the extra effort to get through the pile of work to complete the project.

Pros

I have worked as an employee at TalentKeepers for six years. I started as an individual contributor and now have grown into a leadership role . Opportunities for growth and new experiences are presented everyday. I am challenged, supported and able to develop new skills, which is very important to me. The work environment and people are other key reasons why I choose to stay with TalentKeepers. Every project is highly collaborative across departments. We work hard, but have fun doing it. Our monthly team outings help build camaraderie both in and out of the office. We are more than co-workers, we are family.

Cons

I do not have any cons
