The company has sharp and intelligent talent. The one of the great experience during my 3 years of tenure is the collaboration between teams is wonderful , which make the overall platform engineering teams more productive

The leadership is main challenge to decide the direction, where company heading to. There are always decision lags and delays to decide any new adoption or transformation.
