Pros

Collaborative and encouraging team culture with supportive management. Excellent opportunities to develop sales skills and gain industry knowledge. Flexible scheduling and a positive work environment make it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

None that I experienced—everything from training to daily tasks was well-organized and supportive.

Pros

None at all. No benefit working for this establishment.

Cons

Horrible experience. They take most of the lesson money leaving you with barely anything. Their teachers aren’t paid well at all despite what they advertise. You spend far more time commuting to student locations with zero compensation in terms of travel and are paid nothing additional. Also, the atmosphere is unprofessional, the management is awful, and there is no real care for employees and their needs. There's a lot of jargon about being a "family," or student oriented but do not be fooled. This is an extremely profit based and greedy company whose sole purpose to use and abuse unsuspecting instructors and cheap them at every chance.
