Pros
They listen to employees about potential new opportunities and invest in employee development. The flexible work schedule helps me not be overwhelmed with trying to have work/life balance. All of management have open door policies. Great company culture and very interesting technologies to play with.
Cons
Very fast paced, there is no room for "I'm just here to collect a pay check" type of mentality. Everyone here is enthusiastic and excited about moving the company forward.
