      Pros

      Somewhat flexible. When I started there was good morale.

      Cons

      Low pay, scarcely livable wage even for positions that require an education or industry skills. No career progression except in management. Lack of direction from management and a revolving door of middle managers.

      Pros

      They offer competitive pay, which I really appreciated, but as a smaller company they don’t provide many benefits. It’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more comprehensive benefits package.

      Cons

      When I first onboarded and started my first week of work, no one reached out to me with information about my timecard or other important onboarding details. It made the beginning of the job more confusing than it needed to be.
