      Pros

      The tech isn't total crap. Good tech, reasonable approach to new things.

      Cons

      Don't care about anything. You will get in excrement for talking to juniors anout N+1 Selects or anything code quality related. People in management roles think their perspective is obvious to everyone. If they want code written a certain way, they need to communicate about that. No one shares your assumptions.
