Pros

The leadership team genuinely cares about every staff member. They go above and beyond to ensure employees are happy and motivated. Employees are viewed as the number one asset and the better the company does the more they give back. 100% remote work, great benefits, promotes work-life balance and great career opportunities.

Cons

Working remotely can be challenging because you miss face to face interactions however they just rented an office for the days you would like to change working environments and collaborate with team members.

Pros

Lots of different projects short-spanning projects (3 months to 1 year)

Cons

- CEO has no honor and is a compulsive liar. - CEO interjects and interferes in hires, project workings, yells at people in meetings and fires people without explanation. (at least 3 rounds of firings with little to no explanation) - Projects can decide they don't like you and kick you out, but if you are not happy on a project you'll have to "suck it up". - Infinite PTO in this case is detrimental, as you'll usually take less than the industry would give you, and you'll still have to take it in maximum 2 weeks at a time as you can't be absent from client work. - People are affected to projects without their Leads being informed, with a day's notice.
