      Pros

      Tribalism and politics. If you belong to same community of the manager, you'll feel like heaven. If not get ready to suffer.

      Cons

      Cheapest infrastructures. Damaged furnitures, old and unfunctional computers. Never update, upgrade or repair. Feels sorry for the employees working under those unprofessional management.
