      Pros

      Tribalism and politics. If you belong to same community of the manager, you'll feel like heaven. If not get ready to suffer.

      Cons

      Cheapest infrastructures. Damaged furnitures, old and unfunctional computers. Never update, upgrade or repair. Feels sorry for the employees working under those unprofessional management.

      Small company, Good colleagues, good skilled developers and designers

      Cons

      Unorganized - No process in place, Management lacks decision making skills, not much to learn or a path in your career... Too many projects cascaded on developers.

      Call center Manager butts her nose in all matters and acts as the CEO of the company, nothing is above her, oblky shows up for meetings, and appraisals matters. Poor show
