      Good dress code, relaxed every day is jeans day

      Cons

      Nepotism, not sure how the bank doesn't see this but all the senior managers being hired are relatives of the executive team. Whats worst is that experienced senior managers are not listened to and have no say in strategic initiatives, even when it comes to OEM relationships that they manage day to day..

      Excellent forward looking bank, smaller in size but we'll invested and committed to employees

      Good salary packages. Excellent team and interaction. Communication upstream is welcomed and encouraged. A large sens of committement. Management very close to base.

      Cons

      I am still new at TCF and cannot point out so many cons. HR department is very small. I will be updating this section if anything needs to be added
