      Everyone here is nice. Management didn’t put up with work drama. Flexible Time Off. A week of Christmas break.

      Cons

      Had to work long hours, pull all-nighters often. Incredibly fast-paced, while also having bottleneck issues.

      Big name for your reel Pay was fair for higher level positions Office was a unique, start up vibe

      Emphasis is always on output and performance - never on morale or teambuilding. Holidays are a rare priveledge and overall you should expect to work late every day and often during holidays. Their strategy is not to build a lasting and strong team, but rather just grind out editors until they leave so that TBNR can hire new editors and never raise wages
