Pros
There are flexible hours and work from home options and as long as you get your work done, you can make your own schedule. My salary is competitive or higher than others in the same area. benefits are good. You have the opportunity to learn a lot of different skills and new products and services are frequently introduced, so a good place to increase your career skills and improve your marketability.
Cons
The management is somewhat chaotic and a clear org chart does not exist. work is assigned as it comes in and given to individuals who are available. Sometimes you are working on something without enough experience or training to execute successfully. the communication on projects and responsibilities needs improvement.
