      You also know what your coworkers workloads are and if you are short staffed it can get overwhelming

      No bonus or training incentive for leads. Lots of deadlines.

      Remote work available. Easy and repetitive work.

      Cons

      Upper management regressed to a caring only about profit, first couple months was great. A few months later productivity work was defined by how much you moved your mouse nevermind the actual amount of work that was done.
