      free snacks, drinks, casual place.

      Cons

      mode of operation - putting fires out. No upward mobility, no internal support or training. Outdated software and code.

      Good benefits and nice office.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive for the industry. You will be performing the work of two or more people because they refuse to spend money on additional hires. The technology is old. Management style is outdated. There is high turnover and it’s unsurprising with how stressful working at this company is. This was the most stressful job I’ve ever worked.
