Place not recommended - better to look for another place
Pros
Salary is fine. But even in salary I don't see any advantages over another place, There have also been no salary increases for over a year

Even requests from excellent employees for legitimate needs are not accepted, not to mention salary increases that haven't been granted for over two years. There is a culture of rudeness and mistreatment, exemplified by relocating offices without considering the inconvenience caused, and the positive aspects of coming to work are overshadowed by unpleasant practices. - The work atmosphere is unpleasant and depressing, lacking high motivation for work, and there is not much professional advancement. - Many of the managers are stuck in outdated methods and do not allow employees to express themselves." - There is a sense of instability; every week someone else is fired without prior warning or preparation. -Some of the human resources personnel are probably not suited for their role in human resources, as human interaction is not their strong suit.
