Politics and dictatorship at its finest. The entire upper management is full of themselves with a very abusive culture. People are often mistreated and abused. If you are getting a job and happen to know the upper management, this is a good job for you as you are unqualified but will get paid well because of nepotism. As for the REAL & QUALIFIED candidates, this is the worst place you can ever be in. You will be underpaid & face a lot of politics. Everything Nepotism Politics Drama / backbiting Crappy benefits People (mostly management) with a ton of ego Insane labor turnover
