Trauma bonding with the people I worked with.

Cons

The amount of meetings about nothing & micromanagement was insane. As an Account Manager you take all the blame for every failure; Drivers, Driver Leaders, General Managers, Sales, & Planners take no responsibility for the failures that continually pile up.

SWIFT offered a great wage, for working 3-days part time.

Cons

They got my driver record information mixed up with someone else and refused to correct this. SWIFT dropped me as a driver, rather than correct their mistake.
