Pros
They are nice to your face & pay ontime. That would be about it.
Cons
The person they have in charge of most everything makes quick decisions, then decides that was not such a good road and changes it all up again without any thought how it affects other peoples lives. Actually I don't think she cares. There is a weird vibe about everything being "hush hush", a lot of don't say anything to anyone. Just very shady.

Pros
Knowledgeable technicians. Wide customer base. Was able to put me in a position after being laid off from my last job; even though the energy economy is in a downturn. Values your abilities and allows you to learn and grow your skills.
Cons
Health insurance is astronomical if you want to cover your family.
