Good team spirit between lower management and coworkers at the former Montreal plant.

No vision from senior management, they basically killed the cash cow by closing the montreal plan while losing important technological knowledge and know how, making many customers unhappy in the process.

Constant change of priorities making it hard to ever complete anything.
The latest management after "takeover" in 2006 was unacceptably disrespectful and deadlines became utterly impossible to meet, thus putting everyone in a position to fail.
