      There are no pros. This job is a joke

      Cons

      Sign on as 1099 employee so they don’t have to pay taxes (you’ll be paying them), bosses constantly threaten you, no benefits, no pto, no 401k, just save yourself

      After a trial period as a contractor you move to a full time employee with PTO and benefits when we bring in new hires with very little experience. We train but not everyone is a good fit. I wish you the best.
