      Not a Good Place to Work.

      Pays well and good product

      Cons

      No standards of performance. Witnessed a good performing account manager be terminated for political reasons. Witnessed Senior Leadership set up two people to fail and then terminated while they were on the road working. The leadership is unresponsive and treats everyone as a data point, nothing more and nothing less. Over all it is poorly miss managed by certain members of leadership.

      Just another company that thinks they are the "good guys"

      Pros

      Flexibility with hours, employees are wonderful (does not apply to managers and executives), free laptop and free parking.

      Cons

      Elitist environment and they don't actually care about you. Only the upper-level employees are well-taken care of, the rest get crappy pay and raises and its very obvious.

      Take full advantage of you and overwork you to death. Constant criticism and horrible management. Unprofessional as you can possibly imagine. Low pay
