      Extreme expectations, old school mentality, frat boy culture, terrible management across the board, under paid workers while expecting ever increasing workload, deep nepotism

      Some very hard working, good people keep the company afloat. Was a great place to learn about the industry.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism in some management areas, favoritism is king, if your not with the "in" group, work life can be difficult.

      Pros

      The CEO is very personable and is very focused on creating an open collaborative work environment. The Business Intelligence team is reinventing the wheel for this ag company and has a lot of support from top management. The head of people and the BI supervisor have a great sense of humor. Their wit and down to earth approach makes anyone look forward to going into work.

      Cons

      If you prefer to not see Fox News on a daily basis, then the fact that Fox News is on every day in the office will be a con for you.
