      Pros

      The CEO is very personable and is very focused on creating an open collaborative work environment. The Business Intelligence team is reinventing the wheel for this ag company and has a lot of support from top management. The head of people and the BI supervisor have a great sense of humor. Their wit and down to earth approach makes anyone look forward to going into work.

      Cons

      If you prefer to not see Fox News on a daily basis, then the fact that Fox News is on every day in the office will be a con for you.

      Pros

      Sun Valley is a company full of passionate, driven, and knowledgeable people. During my time here I have never had a hard time finding help with learning what I needed to learn to be successful in my position. Hard work, consistency, and smart work are recognized and rewarded. Upper management and the CEO are committed to providing a path for those that want to grow with the company. In addition, Sun Valley is very conscious of work life balance. Everyone including the CEO and upper management are very understanding of obligations outside of work. Overall, an outstanding company with a very strong outlook.

      Cons

      There can occasionally be stressful times, but they often fuel learning / growth.
