Great Workers and teams, hindered by management with no vision aside from sales post acquisition.

Post and leading up to acquisition stopped caring about the product and started caring only about sales.

Used to be a great place. Not anymore!

Pros

Used to have a great learning culture. SE org was great under previous leadership. competitive OTE. Security and logs product is good.

Cons

Whole leadership team in the SE org collapsed after PE take over. No innovation, not keeping up with market. Gartner and other ratings says a lot about the product, not good at all. Culture turned bad. Sales org is very revenue centric with no concentration on product improvement.
