Pros
As the main headline. Inept management again causing an exodus of staff. They will never learn.
Cons
Upper management don’t have any power as all run from Aberdeen office. They are now using a recruitment agency as they can’t attract staff directly.

Company who are genuinely interested in your career development. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere which makes every day pleasant to come to work. Constantly recieving feedback from management which makes me feel supported in my current role.
Cons
Never had any issues working with STR.
