Pros

Nice people, good benefits, unlimited vacation, freedom fridays, work life balance, good clients, agency run zine and events, nice location, beautiful office.

Cons

Bad for creative, wasted opportunities, design is used to make decks, creative leadership is lacking, producers are overwhelmed, management meddles in creative, review process is not anonymous, many leave into nothing.

They have a nice office space in the city. Great team of people to work with

Cons

No a thrilling range of projects to work on. Design consisted of deck making and very little real life product.
