- Upper management is resistant to change/new ideas

- Employees who have been there for more than 10 years and have become complacent. There are no new, fresh ideas
- Tends to be a lot of drama in the office
- Rumors of inter-office relations (these people are already married and have kids)
- we are supposed to be helping companies with improving their brand/culture but we don't do that here. we have a broken culture
